Joanne became a professional coach after successful careers in leadership development, project management, sales and marketing.  She is passionate about facilitating the development of others and finds coaching to be a perfect profession for her. 

Joanne is skilled at assisting others in identifying their most important goals and determining what actions and direction they need to take to achieve those goals.  In her coaching Joanne strives to not only develop trust, but to create a supportive, inspiring and thought-provoking partnership with the ultimate goal of promoting learning and self-discovery. 

Joanne works to insure her clients sustain the motivation and momentum they need to not only stretch themselves but also to make the important behavioral changes needed to achieve what they have set out to achieve.  With a keen ability to listen “between the lines” Joanne uses humor, straight talk and compassion to inspire and challenge others on their road to achieving the results they want.

Since receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, with an emphasis in marketing and public relations, Joanne has gained 20+ years of professional experience.   She received her coach training from the prestigious Coach U training organization and is on the road to becoming an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
